I literally just finished watching this. Great movie.
And now I’m going to bed early! woo Friday night.
Things I wish for sometimes.

It’s being compared to The Matrix, Shaun of The Dead, Spider Man, and Superbad. That’s a lot of hype.
The filming went surprisingly well, according to Ansari. “The crowd gave me a standing ovation after every single joke—there are 53 standing ovations,” he deadpans. “It’s a little distracting, and some people might say, ‘Wait a second, it looks like it was edited to look like there were 53 standing ovations,’ but that’s not the case. Those were all genuine. I know people are thinking, ‘But there are so many great specials and that’s never happened before.’ Well, I don’t know what to tell you. The material was that strong, and that’s the way those people felt they had to respond—by standing up in the exact same fashion for the exact amount of time, 53 times.’” (via
Urban Improv of the Day: Improv Everywhere agents take the Trump Tower atrium by storm with yet another spontaneous musical mission. (The mission was filmed for a Today Show segment on pranks; be on the lookout for a special Ann Curry cameo.)

“He does this everyday.”
It’s here! Kris Allen’s “Live Like We’re Dying” music video! Love you Kris, but I really can’t wait to see the video for FYE.
We’re going to need a giant ticking clock. And yes Glambert’s video for “For Your Entertainment” is sure to be ridiculous.

Dear God by Monsters of Folk (ft/ The Roots)
live on Jimmy Falon(via sharingtime)

The Roots are the best part of Falon.
Having just been to a taping of Fallon on monday I can whole heartedly agree. And the show knows it too. Before the show, after the warm up guy talks to the crowd, they introduce The Roots and they do a 10 minute set. Then they perform a complete song at every commercial break. Thats a 20 minute concert everyday. Amazing.
